Everything is accessible through a web browser, so there's no software to install.

What is AI tagging and how does it work?

When you upload a JPG or PNG image, the AI automatically identifies objects, scenes, colors, and other visual elements, then adds up to 5 relevant tags to each image. These tags are combined with any manual tags you add, and you can search, filter, and organize assets using both AI-generated and manual tags. The AI tags help you find images even if you don't remember their exact filename or location. Growth plans include 2,000 AI tags per month, while Business plans include 5,000 tags per month.

Is my data secure on Keepcatcher?

Yes, Keepcatcher takes security seriously. Your files are stored securely in Microsoft Azure Blob Storage, which provides enterprise-grade security and redundancy. All data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS and encrypted at rest. Access to your library is controlled through secure authentication, and you can manage user permissions and roles. Keepcatcher uses Supabase for secure authentication and database management. You own your content, and Keepcatcher only stores and processes it to provide the service. You can request data deletion at any time by contacting support.

On Pro, Growth, and Business plans, you can invite team members to your library with different roles: Owner (full control), Admin (can manage users and settings), or User (can upload, organize, and download assets). All team members can search, view, and download shared assets. You can organize assets into collections that everyone can access, and use tags to make finding shared content easy. The Free plan supports 1 user, while paid plans support multiple users (Pro: up to 15 users, Growth and Business: unlimited users).

How much storage do I get with each plan?

If you exceed your storage limit on a paid plan, you'll be charged $0.25 per GB for overage storage. On the Free plan, you cannot exceed the 5 GB limit and will need to upgrade to upload more files. Storage usage is tracked per library, and you can monitor your usage in the dashboard.

What happens if I exceed my bandwidth limit?

Free plan includes 2 GB/month, Pro includes 100 GB/month, Growth includes 500 GB/month, and Business includes 1 TB/month. On paid plans, if you exceed your bandwidth limit, you'll be charged $0.50 per GB for overage bandwidth. On the Free plan, downloads and shares are blocked once you reach the 2 GB/month limit. Bandwidth resets at the start of each billing cycle.

You can also filter results by asset type (images, videos, documents, etc.) and sort by date uploaded, name, or size. Clicking on a tag in an asset's details will automatically filter your library to show all assets with that tag.

Can I organize assets into folders or collections?

Yes, Keepcatcher uses collections (similar to folders) to help you organize your assets. You can create collections and add assets to multiple collections if needed. You can search within collections and share entire collections with team members or via share links.

What payment methods does Keepcatcher accept?

Keepcatcher accepts all major credit cards and debit cards through Stripe, our secure payment processor. We support Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Payments are processed securely and you can choose between monthly or annual billing. Annual plans offer a 10% discount compared to monthly billing. You can update your payment method, view invoices, and manage your subscription at any time through your account settings.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes, you can cancel your Keepcatcher subscription at any time through your account settings. When you cancel, you'll continue to have access to all paid features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan, and you'll need to delete assets or upgrade again if you exceed the Free plan limits. There are no cancellation fees, and you won't be charged for future billing cycles after cancellation.

Does Keepcatcher integrate with other tools?

What happens to my data if I stop using Keepcatcher?

Your data remains in your Keepcatcher account even if you cancel your subscription or stop actively using the service. If you cancel a paid plan, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan, and you'll need to ensure your storage and bandwidth usage stays within Free plan limits (5 GB storage, 5 GB/month bandwidth). If you want to permanently delete your account and all data, you can contact support at hey@keepcatcher.com to request account deletion. We'll process your request and permanently remove all your data from our systems.
